Detail
Doped neodymium vanadate-gadolinium oxide (Nd:GdVO₄) is an excellent laser crystal, belonging to the orthorhombic crystal system and possessing excellent crystal symmetry. It has strong absorption in the near-infrared band, especially with a prominent absorption peak near the 808nm wavelength. This enables it to effectively absorb the pump light emitted by laser diodes (LDs), achieving efficient energy conversion. The main emission wavelength is around 1064nm, with a large emission cross-section, which is conducive to achieving efficient laser output, and the output laser has good beam quality and polarization characteristics.
Doping concentration range: 0.2 - 3.0%
Concentration control accuracy: ±10% of the doping concentration
